Dear Maharajas, devotees, friends and well-wishers,

We offer our most humble and sincere dandavat pranam. All glories to Srila Sripada and Srila Prabhupada. All glories to Sri Gopalji, Radhakund-Shyamakund and Giri Govardhan.

Dear devotees, friends and well-wishers, we humbly request to support for the celebration of our beloved Gurumaharaja Srila Sripada Bhaktisvarupa Damodara Swami Maharaja’s 5^th Tirobhava (disappearance day) Mahotshava from the 5^th to 7^th of October 2011 here in Srila Sripada’s Suddha Sri Samadhi Mandir at Sri Gopalji Mandir in Sridham Radhakund. UP. INDIA by contributing best possible way one can extend.

We are simply learning to organize this auspicious event to please our beloved Srila Gurudeva but it is not possible to celebrate without your physical and moral supports, advices and monetary assistants.

Due to inflation especially in India, in all respects general commodities are above 8% increased compared to last year. Please contribute either fully or partially of the following list which is given with estimated budget:

Wednesday 5^th October 2011:

1.108 Brijbasi brahman Bhojan Seva with dhakshin at Sri Gopalji Mandir, Radhakund – Sponsored

2. For around 1200 devotees feast at Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir, ISKCON Vrindavan –Rs. 100,000/-.

Thursday 6^th October (Vijayadasami)-Tirobhava Mahotsava: 

3. Prasadam Seva for around 1500 devotees at Sri Gopalji mandir, Radhakund    – Rs.130,000/-.

Friday 7^th October:

4. Feast for all devotees at Sri Gopalji mandir, Radhakund  -  sponsored.

5. Floral decoration cost for both Gopalji Mandir, Radhakund and Krishna Balaram Mandir,

    Vrindaban on 6^th October- Rs.35,000/-. 

6. Lighting and Sound – Rs.20,000/-.        

7. Tent and decoration – Rs.45,000/-.

8. Two way Bus transport for  two days festival between Radhakund and Vrindavan – Rs. 20,000/-.

9. Cultural programs for two evenings –   Sponsored.

10. Some amount for ongoing preparatory renovation works.
